This was a personal project inspired by a local business, Spiral City, which is a art deco bar with regular alterning craft beers. I looked at the original logo and thought it could be changed to have a more modern look, with an emphasis on music since they used to share the space with a vinyl shop, they also have a jukebox that people can use whenever they like, and live music. I wanted to make the logo bold and crafty, with a geometric feel that fits with an urban vibe. In the end, I put it into a mock-up, deciding that it would look best on a tote bag.
